Salon Policies
Color Pricing:
All new clients will be asked to share a current hair photo and photo of desired color with salon concierge prior to their appointment. This will help ensure the appointment is booked appropriately including the proper amount of time to receive the service and with a stylist who best fits your needs. Prices are customized (and could cost more than the starting price) based on individual needs such as the density/texture of hair, desired look, current condition of hair & length. Costs are not reflected by additional color needed for services.
Appointment Cancelation Policy:
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In the case that 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. Day of cancellations /NO CALL, NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
Refunds:
We do not offer service refunds of any kind. It is our goal to ensure that all of our guests are 100% satisfied with the services they receive from our salon. If you are not fully satisfied with any services you have received we ask for you to contact us within 5 days of your service so that adjustments can be made (complimentary of course). All redos must be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. Redos will be made to any color or style which was agreed upon during the consultation at the original appointment. Additional services requested may be subject to charge.
